Android Tablet advice?

If you really want the low price point, I'd suggest looking at the Archos brand tablets - probably the Archos 70. These Chinese wholesale tablets are notorious for low quality, shoddy assembly, and high/quick rate of failure.

Where can I find an update for my 2009 Honda Odyssey navigation system?

I bought one a few weeks back from http://www.navidisc.com for around $60. Worked great and quick shipping. You may want to try there or search Ebay.com in the ebay motors area. Either way i'd say it's cheaper than paying almost $200 bucks!

What aspects of Athenian life would Socrates think commendable?

Is there any evidence of this in Plato's Gorgias?? I didn't really read carefully in Gorgias because it was assigned reading. I was just trying to get through it. So, what exactly would he have like about Athens?

Installing navigation and bluetooth system in car?

I recently sold my Hyundai Tucson that was fully loaded with Navigation, blutooth and voice command(phone and music) and purchased a Prius that has an older nav, bluetooth system and voice command (phone only). I am contemplating getting a new system installed but not sure if that is possible or how it would work because I have steering wheel mounted everything. I really want it to be like the Hyundai. Please help me understand what I am looking for so I know what to ask for. Thanks

What is the good life? What is the bad life?

I'm looking for a philosophy major or expert who is familiar with the readings of Socrates (the apoloy) Oedipus, Heroes & Superheroes,All of Gods Children (Pud-only chapter 4 reading) Universal Freckle and Shame & Humiliation. I have somewhat of a complicated paper that needs to written but the writer has to be familiar with at least 3 of the readings mentioned. The paper must be 4 pages in length, double spaced, no shorter please. Here is the assignment: First answer the two questions: What, to you, is the good life? What, to you, is the bad life? From the perspectives of the articles and writers mentioned above critique your view of the good and bad lives as you have described them in your answer to the two questions above. If you were to write the answers to these two questions now, after the readings, how would your views change? Would they change? Why? What did you find pursuasive or what did you think about when you read the stories that you didn't think about before? What would you say to the writers who disagree with your views of the good and bad lives? How would they respond to your disagreement with them? Essentially i want you to enter into a dialogue with the readings. You do not have to use any secondary sources, your paper can be written entirely from the readings. As you write your paper, you might want to first briefly articulate in a coherent way the views of the authors you have selected on the good and bad lives. What, for instance, would be the view of the good and bad life that the article "hereos and Superheroes" implies. (The article itself may not come out and say it directly, but you should be able to figure out what it would mean for the topic. Cautions for the paper: don't be too literal, that is, for instance with regard to Oedipus, the bad life as marrying your mother or father, etc. Rather, think about what is trajic in the reading, what is heroic, how you have handled or should have handled bad news. In other words use the meaning of the readings, not their literalness. Important note: The paper will be graded on how well you use and integrate the readings with your views on the matter. You willl need to refer to at least 3 of the readingss in your paper. I'm looking for these things: 1) How creative your discussion is of the good life 2) How well you interweave the 3 articles you refer to in the discusion of what the good life is to you. 3) How well you pursue the theme of the good life and stay on track with that discusion. Try to avoid getting disconnected impressions and/or examples. And remember examples make points so do not go on forever discussing a personal example without making the point. 4) Engage the readings as a way of moving your topic forward and not merely summarizing or reporting on the readings. Open the attachement and you will find links to some of the readings, one of the full stories, etc.
