Installing navigation and bluetooth system in car?

I recently sold my Hyundai Tucson that was fully loaded with Navigation, blutooth and voice command(phone and music) and purchased a Prius that has an older nav, bluetooth system and voice command (phone only). I am contemplating getting a new system installed but not sure if that is possible or how it would work because I have steering wheel mounted everything. I really want it to be like the Hyundai. Please help me understand what I am looking for so I know what to ask for. Thanks
