Should Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton challenge Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination?

I'm waiting to see if Obama doesn't do the same thing. The Republicans haven't forgotten what happened when they shut down the government in 1995. It got Clinton reelected. Let em do it again!
