Help With My Android Cell Phone .. ?

I've had the android (sprint service) since October .. and all of the sudden, about a week ago, I looked at my phone, and all of my pictures music and videos were gone .. they weren't in any other folders, either . No one could have done it, because I have a password on my phone . Also, about a month ago, my internet randomly stopped working, but its not like it was taken off of my phone bill . Now I can't get on the internet, receive pictures, send pictures, use my navigation system, etc . Help with either of those, please ? Also, I have the usb cord to go from my phone to my computer .. is there any way I can download the pictures that aren't able to be viewed cause my internet isn't working ? Oh, and its supposed to have everything copied somewhere on the internet with google as a back up .. where is it, and how do I find it ?
