What does socrates mean by "knowledge"?

What does Socrates mean by "knowledge" in the Plato's Euthyphro and Apology? Is it possible to have such knowledge? If so, what are those without it do? If not what can anyone do? Prepare a general discussion of the issue of socratic knowledge.
