Which Phone is better?

I currently have a Samsung Captivate. I plan on getting a new phone this week, but i am unsure what kind of phone i want. Im with AT&T and some of the things i look for on a phone are a place for an SD card, Navigation, Touchscreen (a must). I like android phones alot, but i would also like to try an iphone. Im stuck between the HTC Inspire and the Iphone 3Gs. Any Help or Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks :)
