Tumblr pages not showing up in the navigation bar.?

So I added a custom layout to my tumblr page which came with a nice navigation. However, all my standard layout pages are not showing up in the navigation bar. I tried posting a link code within the custom code and the name showed up okay but it did not link properly to the page. It's like my About me page doesn't even exist. What can I do to add a an about me page in the navigation?
