MyGIG Navigation in Dodge Avenger '08 frozen.?

Okay, not necessarily frozen, BUT when I ask it to go somewhere (put in an address and route to it) - it goes without the car moving, then just stays there even though the car is in motion! It's very strange and has never happened to my navigation system before. I really need an answer SOON - we need the navigation to get back home tomorrow! :( Is there anyway to reset this or get a better signal or something? It has it has like 5-6 satellites connected, but the car doesn't move on the screen!
