Help me with the website I'm making?

ok so im making a website using dreamweaver and its has a tabbed navigation bar. but when i click on one of the tabs it just sits there and i have live view and live code on i have to right click and then press follow link. can any of you please help me with the coding on where you click it and it goes to a that tab in the website. so can you please tell me a website or video that will show me the code. i thank you in advance.
