Requirements to be a navy dishwasher?

So i was thinking about joining the navy but i don't think i'd be good at any tough jobs such as being part of the flight crew or navigation exc.. so i was wondering what you need to be a dishwasher on one of the carriers. im not all that fit so i was thinking it wouldnt need to much manual labor/fitness training. i just need a lil insight if possible.
