Why can't I find any scholarships?

Everywhere I read it says that there's a lot of financial aid available in the form of scholarships and grants. BS!! Everytime I go to a scholarship site, they all have some requirement I don't meet (e.g. must be hispanic, must have $xx income, must be part of some random organization). I'm so frustrated right now, I can't find anything. What's worse is that I'm going to be starting pharmacy school in the Fall, and in the FAFSA it says that I'm not eligible for PELL grants since I already have a bachelor's degree. So basically whatever money I get will have to be loans and I have to pay it back :( :( :( F M L! Isn't there any place where I can actually apply for a scholarship (and the website actually works)??
