Why is this tax table not appealing to you, explain each 1 - 4? And how would you make it better?

How about abolishing the earned income credit? Paying people not to earn is a little wierd , don't you think? How about taxing all social programs? Social security is taxed , how about all welfare, programs get a 10-99 for what it costs? I think you will find that a person using all the welfare programs-health programs out there receive way over 35,000 in money.. That would be fair. Edit: in california some are paid as much as $25,000 just for their rent..
