Will i be approved for medicaid if my husband quit his job?

I am about 32wks pregnant, and im a stay at home mom. I was being covered by Blue cross for my pregnancy, but now my husband quit his job so we could move to FL (due to family reason) Now we have no insurance. I filed for Medicaid in the state of Florida. They sent me a letter in the mail stating that they need proof of loss of income and last 4pay check stubs for my husband. Im worried that if my husbands previous job says that he quit, i wont be covered for my doctor visits and labor and delivery. So my question is can medicaid not approve you if your husband quit his job?
